Is it possible to wholesale in Montreal, Quebec? If yes where can we find cash buyer or perhaps any buyer. Also, is possible to do wholesale from Montreal, Quebec in the States? It would be really great if anyone could provide me this information or suggest a mentor or someone with experience, who might help me get started.

Take this with a grain of salt since you seem like you are trying to get started in real estate investing somehow. But if you don't even know where or how to find cash buyers, why are you asking about wholesaling in general? There is a lot more to learn.

Why do you want to wholesale in the first place? Did some tell you the lie that this is the best way to become a real estate investor and build up money? That is true for maybe 1 percent or less of the wholesalers who try it.

When you are new and you ask for a wholesale mentor online, you are going to get every pitch, course, guru sell that there is. You are making yourself a mark for others to sell you.
