Is Wholesailing Still A Thing

Hello forum!
I have a few buyers in the area and wanted to know if wholesaling was still legal. I am not licensed. I just wanted to ask before I start making calls!

In Pittsburgh, wholesaling is legal, but PA has strict rules about how it's conducted. You don’t need a license to wholesale if you’re assigning contracts, but you cannot market a property you don’t own outright without a real estate license. Be sure to fully disclose your role in the transaction, and consulting a local real estate attorney is highly recommended to avoid any compliance issues.
