Building a Cash Buyers' List
I'm new to REI and was wondering if someone can please offer me suggestions on building a Cash Buyers' List? I am planning on sending out post cards and maybe advertising on Craig's' List, but feel that there is more I should be doing. Most recently (without any success), I was on the phone all day trying to make contact with potential buyers. Either they weren't interested or my calls weren't returned.

Find a deal first. Then take it REI club meetings and post it on craigslist. If it's a deal there's no shortage of cash buyers and you can start to buy your list. IMO, you don't need a list, you need a deal.
