Distressed Healthcare Facilities

I'm new to biggerpockets, and I'm looking into real estate wholesaling (contract flipping). Is it feasible to apply contract flipping to distressed healthcare facilities?

It's overly ambitious and overly simplified to think of such a goal before I even get my feet wet, but it would be nice to gauge the amount of work involved with such a venture.

I appreciate any site to distressed healthcare facility wholesale.
