Is anyone wholesaling in LA?

Hi, is anyone wholesaling in LA or the surrounding areas? I want to get my start in real estate and thought wholesaling would be a great way to do so. 

I’m wondering if anyone has a title company recommendations they all seem so reticent to work with wholesalers.

To answer your question, i am not wholesaling yet but i am in the same boat as you and i've been looking into wholesaling for a few years now and since i moved to LA i've been trying to connect with like minded individuals.
