Real Estate Attorney

Kevin Hankins
Posted

Hello! Our company is starting out in the asset recovery and wholesaling business in Columbus Georgia. I'm having a hard time finding a local real estate attorney to handle our closings and contracts on the asset recovery side. Does anyone here have any good recommendations?

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Hey Kevin,

Check out Closeline Settlements, they are a national title/escrow company and investor-friendly.

Ask for Danielle Kover

Hi David! Thanks for your response. Unfortunately,  Georgia law requires an attorney at closing. Does this company have a attorney licensed in Georgia?
