@John O'Leary Thanks John! I've been looking at Investorlift and Marketprodeals. Can't say I'm finding great deals through them yet. But maybe I can connect with individual wholesalers there as I'm looking for properties before they go on blast.

@Dan Kim Yes, call them and start to establish a relationship. The dispo agent has contact info on there. You want to see the deals they get and move before they go to those platforms.
