Wholesale Contracts: Purchase/Sale Agreement and Assignment of Contract

Hello,

I am looking to have a legal professional look over two documents: a purchase/sale agreement and an assignment of contract. I would prefer someone who has a background in real estate. I want to ensure I am not breaking any laws and will have protection against any adverse consequences.

I have been having issues finding any lawyers who will look over my contracts.

Can anyone give me some advice as far as what lawyers will look at the documents? Are there any agents that would be able to make sure I have everything correct?

Reach out to your preferred title company in your area, and if they have an in-house attorney or can provide a referral, use their services to review your documents. I paid $600 for the review and suggestions on 2 agreements, and it was totally worth it.
