I was contacted by a person selling a home that Is in need of MAJOR repair. It's literally so worn down that it's not liveable in it's current state. Here are the details. It's a two story 1500 sqrt house. 4bedroom. Currently the seller wants 2k. The house is fourty five minutes from me so I haven't had the chance to see it in person. I believe just from what they have told me that the whole inside will need to be gutted. I'm assuming it will need electrical work done and pretty much everything else you would need in a house. It could easily reach 40k in repair. houses in that area and similar size and what not sell for 60k. Thoughts?
