Attorney who works on assignments - CT

Adarsh Singh
Posted

Hi bigger pockets community.

I am starting out my wholesaling journey in Connecticut. I tried reaching out to a few title companies and real estate attorney to see if they work on assignments. Didn't have any luck so far. If someone could help me by pointing out at the right direction it would be very helpful.

Please let me know if you are already working with an attorney who does have experience with assignments, double close and such.

Thanks much,

Addy.
