What are some ways to generate off-market leads while wholesaling? Along with that, what does the strategy entail and what is the associated cost of using that strategy? Any information would be very appreciated. Thanks!

For the past three years, I've mostly used Propstream.  I pull the lists for "Vacant", "Liens" & "High Equity".  You need to be careful and use the various available filters so that the lists are not over or under-inclusive.  From there, we skip trace them, and scrub for DNC and TCPA (some people still call on DNC) and then we upload them to Mojo and my reps call them until they get a lead.  We also do some SMS using LaunchControl.  I can't quote all the exact pricing, but if you're a one-man show for now, then you should be able to afford Propstream and Mojo ($500 month approx, I think).  Launch Control I think is min $500/month, so may not be worth doubling your overhead for now.
