occupied showings
how do you manage showings on occupied properties? I don't want to be there for a showing if i don't have to.
Do you ask the occupant to leave?
Do you use lockboxes and coordinate with owner on a time that the property will be vacant?
if you use lockboxes, how do you explain that to an owner?
Does your strategy change if the person living there is a tenant vs owner?
