I've been in commercial real estate for 14 years.  Looking to make a change and interested in residential wholesaling and investing.  With a potential recession and uncertainty in the market, I'm looking at other avenues:

Where are the best places to find constant streams of deals for wholesaling in the Atlanta and surrounding markets?

What is the best way to go about putting together an investor list for wholesale deals?
