What to say to sellers regarding end buyer price on closing documents?
Just getting started in wholesaling. I have learned that the seller will see what the end buyer is paying for the property. How is that best explained to the seller so they don't feel like they have been ripped off or that they could've gotten more by going to the end buyer directly. If anyone has a script they have had success with to share, I would greatly appreciate it.

In many cases, they have been ripped off.
Your best bet is to just be honest with them from the start.
