Trouble Wholesaling a Property

Eric Johnson

Greetings BiggerPockets' Members,

I feel like I'm at my wits end trying to wholesale a property I have under contract. None of my buyers are interested. I've had some interest from my Craigslist ad. However, once they drove pass the property, the interest dissipated. I've even sent post cards, advertising the property, to individuals who bought property in the area within the last 6 months. Got a few calls but no "biters". Also, I pitched the property at my local REIA. Got some interest, but no calls. Any suggestions? I really want to get this property SOLD for the seller.

Thanks in advance,

Eric
