What’s the best way to find a reputable whole seller?  I’ve read a few posts and it sounds like it can get sketchy finding a deal this way.  Does anyone have recommendations for whole sellers in the Davis county/Ogden area?

The best way to find wholesalers is to attend Real Estate Investors Association Meetings.  Here are a few of note:
