Hello all, So many sit on the internet and do nothing but read and read. Then they think that provides enough info to make an informed decision. Well sorry to tell you but you are 100% incorrect, nothing beats talking with those that are actually doing deals. If I was to " listen " to the internet I would have never done a deal in my market and missed the boat. You do not need to know it all before you get involved. Jump in with an experienced team and allow them to guide you. You will be amazed as to what you can achieve actually doing vs reading
