Im a new real estate wholesaler in Hudson County, NJ. I have been doing re search for a while now and feel that I am in a state of "analysis paralysis". If there is any other real estate wholesalers in the NJ area that would like to connect, send me a message. In the mean time, one thing in the wholesale business that concerns me is.. Having a proper purchase and sale agreement that covers all basis to use in Nj. I have found many templates online like everyone else, but I would feel more comfortable using a contract that is tried and true from another local Wholesaler.
