Investor Friendly Title Company in Washington State

Hi there, does anyone have an investor-friendly title company in the state of Washington? I have properties in Spokane and Carnation, and am looking for title companies that service the whole state as well as are experienced in assignments. Please let me know!

@Sydney George, I used different companies, and Ticor Title in Bellevue is very investor friendly
