Does anyone from the Arkansas area have any Assignment contracts that are state approved I could get from them? Im trying to make my first deal! Also I would love to add a few wholesalers to my contact list if possible :)

Make connections at your local REIA meetings. I think that is a good way to get contracts, and obviously network and make connections. Fineprint.. I think REIA's are a waste of time, as is networking. But I don't like people period so this may be just me...
