Milwaukee Probate Lead... But What Exactly Is the Probate Process?

Hi everyone,

I recently got a call from a motivated seller who inherited his uncle's house. If I were to pursue this lead what exactly would be the procedure here in Milwaukee, WI. I've heard about going through probate court and all that. Or is it just the same procedure if it wasn't in probate?
