Seeking real estate attorney/lease advice

Drafting leases for rent by room tenants. I’d like to have an attorney check it over for me and advise on any necessary changes.

I may also need to hire them in future if I run into any legal issues.

Can anyone recommend an attorney(s) in the DC area? Please share any details of your experience with them.
