Legal Descritption Title Help!!!!!

Is there any way to fix a legal description in the title abstract? I bought a property a while back that had the legal description messed up when the survey was recorded, the property was sold numerous times and every time there was an affidavit of correction needed to fix the legal description in the sale. The person who owned it before me filed an affidavit of correction for a mortgage he had on the property and referenced an instrument number that had the wrong legal description. In his affidavit it has the correct legal description that matches my cash sale, but I am not sure if that is good enough. Anyone have any thoughts or advice on what could be done in this situation. I would like to clear up as much of the title as possible so I can sell the property, Is there a way to legally do that? Thanks for the help.
