LLC Formation and Use

Hello Everyone,

I am preparing to start my first LLC and I have a few questions:

- Should I use a tax lawyer or a CPA to make sure everything is done correctly? If yes, do they need to reside in the same state as the LLC?

- If I have multiple LLC's and use a business credit card, can I use one card for all of them or will I need multiple cards?

- If I decide to use a Nevada LLC to own my LLC used in the state I reside, does the the Nevada LLC need to have business dealings of some sort other than owning other LLC's?

Thanks in advance for the all the help/advice!
