Hello,
I am looking for an attorney in the Houston area that can advise me on potential mold liability case. We own a second floor condo. The AC condensation pipe got clogged and overflowed. We have repaired the AC and sent people to inspect the first floor unit. The first floor unit is threatening us. How do I solve the problem?
Thanks.

We resolved the issue by dealing with the son of the owner of the downstairs unit. We gladly paid for the repairs to the unit and they did sign a release of liability. We then moved ownership of the unit into an LLC. We previously didn't have the right type of insurance on that unit. We do now.

Many lessons were learned as a result of this ordeal.
