Equity Stripping or Land Trust protection?

Looking for a real estate attorney to assist with strategy: being sued by former business partner and looking to protect assets. Currently have a primary home and a second property in progress of rehab. Both are owned as a personal property. Want to plan ahead to protect properties from a possible lien if plaintiff wins suit which isn’t likely. Thanks in advance!
