Experiences working with PCH (Preferred Corporate Housing)?

Hi all, 

Received a general lead in Furnished Finder this morning, MTR for construction crews through PCH (Preferred Corporate Housing).  Company seems legit from what I can find online, but I can't seem to find any specific MTR landlord feedback on working with them.  

Any thoughts?  Thanks!
