Finding tenants for MTR

Hi, my husband and I are finishing a big duplex renovation project. We are planning to rent one of the apartments as MTR. The unit is located in South Jersey, 15 min outside of Philadelphia in a nice, vibrant neighborhood, close to amenities and public transportation. What is the best place to find tenants for MTR? I created an account and listing on Furnished Finder but not getting many leads. As the unit is still being renovated, we didn't take pictures yet, but I am trying to be proactive and start looking for renters sooner rather than later.  What other planforms have you had luck with to find traveling professionals?

We absolutely reach out to unmatched leads whose budget is lower. FF is not like other platforms. Its purpose is to bring together possible residents with possible landlords, so that these parties can begin a negotiation. We've secured many tenants who didn't know that we were actually the perfect match for them when they started their search. However, after seeing what we could offer in terms of amenities, location and service, they happily paid the premium rent associated with renting from us.
I am not a natural salesman, but reading books on marketing, sales and hospitality has greatly improved my ability to convert a lead.

Also, don't forget the cardinal rule is sales: every "no" brings you closer to a "yes". You will reach out and be ghosted. You will respond immediately and be ghosted. You will have long conversations with leads, answering all their questions and be ghosted. People will confirm wanting to stay at your unit....you guessed it. :)  But all of those bring you closer to the lead that books *and pays you*.

Best of luck. Treat leads and residents well, and you'll do great.
