Landlord Insurance providers

Hi! Has anyone ever issued a landlord insurance claim with?:

Just curious if they actually pay? Have good customer service? Does anyone know if these companies are financially solid?

Also, I believe that Landlord Insurance is all I need. Feels like extending my umbrella policy to cover the S/MTR would be a good idea. Or, is this overkill?

Thanks!

I own an Independent Insurance Agency and have been helping investors since 2008 with insurance.

I currently represent Steadily and feel very comfortable using their products with our clients.

I do recommend using an Independent Agent rather than any company directly when possible.

I don't have any experience with Proper.
