Any recent success with MTRs in Huntsville, AL?

I have been interested in the Huntsville market and am curious if anyone currently has MTRs in the area. With the Army base, Hospitals, Universities and new Corporations, I was thinking that it might be a good city for MTRs and was hoping to hear if others have had any recent success. If you have, I would love to connect and learn more about your MTR strategy in Huntsville!
