MTR leases vs LTR lease
Hello! I’m new to the MTR game. I’ve been doing LTRs for a few years. Can you provide me with some guidance on lease agreements for MTRs. For example, I lease a property on furnished finder for 3 months. Is the lease different from an unfurnished LTR? What should I keep in mind? Are there boiler plate MTR leases. Thank you.

IMO, you could use the same lease but revise the verbiage as it relates to furnishings and/or anything that is different from a LTR. I use the lease on Avail. It is completely customizable. And honestly, it is an ever changing document (at least for me) as you learn as you go. I currently have my first MTR guest (6 months) and have a list of changes that I will implement with my next lease. Just make it work for you and your rental. Good luck!
