Hello! 

Is anyone currently doing MTR in or around Edison, or New Brunswick?

I would love to know what the demand is like in those areas, types of clients and what types of units and amenities do best. I'm assuming demand is high due to the presence of many extended stay hotels, but it would be nice to hear some real life stories from the trenches!
