I'm not one to brag and that said I hope this comes as a welcomed post. I want you to SHARE your big WINS!!!

Call it luck or a plan. Whatever is fine with me. Tell us your story and whatever details you feel will inspire others here on BP!

My story.... here is HOW I went from no rentals to $20,000 per year in passive income.... also in under two years with just ONE SFH!

I bought a rental I knew would cash flow right off the MLS. I put down 5% and house hacked until I moved in with my girl friend. Nothing special or fancy here with this story... Yet after just one year I had tenets paying my loan down and making a little extra money each month. Once they left and I fixed the unit to be rented out on a mid term platform (was planning on renting long term until my manager told me he had a family affected by a fire and their insurance co would pay their rent) a "temporarily displaced" family needed a home to stay and they picked mine.

To my pleasant surprise they would be cash flowing a little under $20K per year! That was only 14 months after owning the property.

Everyone's story is different and I am excited to hear yours!
