I LOVED Jesse Vasquez's episode! The tips on amenities was especially helpful. We're going to explore offering a car and including blackout curtains/noise machines. 

I do think some of his strategies are very west-coast (which makes sense because he's on the west coast). Some of the suggestions he gave wouldn't likely work in a smaller midwestern market like mine.
