Moving to west palm area - any decent priced rentals?

Hi all,

so I’m moving from Jax to west palm / Jupiter  area In August and I’m curious if there’s any properties (100k-250k) that’ll allow for house hacking. I know that’s Pennys compared to the prices in that area but there has to be something. Do any realtors or investors know of any properties in west palm, Stuart, Lauderdale for house hacking? Thanks!

 Hey Austin,

At that price range properties are pretty rough. Multi family on the very low end will start around 400 for a big project.  It would be possible to rent by the room with a single family around the 250k range but that is also with a big project. Happy to hop on a call to discuss further if you would like!  Currently live in Jupiter
