Hi, newbie investor looking to relocate to Columbus in January.

I was wondering if anybody on here lives in 43206 area code (south linden Columbus)? If so what’s your overall feel of the neighborhood? Do you enjoy living there?

And also is there any special precautions and state law requirements that I should know when it comes to dealing with Sec 8 tenants?

 Which zip code are you looking for? If you are looking at 43206 it ranges from the best place to live to one of the worst. Which neighborhood in 43206? I live in German Village, Columbus, Ohio which is in 43206
