Hello,

What is everyone's suggestion on the best markets to house hack currently (Q4 2023)? I'm assuming midwest (Ohio - Cincy?, Indy, Michigan - Ann Arbor area?). Maybe Illinios? Is Alabama/Birmingham good?

Just curious to hear where anyone may see opportunity.

Chicago. Almost 30% of properties are 2-4 unit multifamily. If you have the checkbook and stomach for renovations, there are some serious value add opportunities on older properties as well.

If you're just looking for a low price point, that is a different conversation.
