Where would you live in the Northeast?
Currently live in westchester, NY am making a good amount of money traveling, which requires me to be in the northeast. Currently in my late 20s and have been trying to find a multifamily but anything near me is absurdly expensive and 100 years old which blows my mind. I am open to moving just about anywhere with a big city in the Northeast.
Where would you move to find a multifamily in the northeast given I have no obligations?
