Looking to house hack in oregon
So to start I want to say I have a wife and newborn baby girl so it makes this a little tricky but my wife and I would love to house hack to free up our finances but we want a duplex or even better a triplex that is separated. I know it’s easier to get s traditional loan in a single family home but I can’t seem to find one that would allow us to be separated from our tenants (who I’m sure don’t want to hear a screaming baby) any advice here? Thank you to all!
