Rental and Utility Data Request for Data Science Capstone Project

Good afternoon,

I am seeking help obtaining market data to calculate the cost of living and estimate rental expenses in the US.

The goal is to determine whether the government accurately adjusts DoD Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates and to develop a predictive model to calculate possible future BAH rates for specific locations.

We have pulled rental data from Zillow and historical BAH rates from the DoD. Additionally, we are digging into BLS data to compare already existing data. Still, we are looking for more granular data that breaks down by unit configuration closer match to the minimums set for each military, rank) plus estimates for the costs of utilities.

This analysis is purely for educational purposes and is for a course capstone project.

Any thoughts/feedback would be super helpful. Thank you!
