I wondered are these numbers due to housing pricing of the neighborhood being higher or the actual demand itself, since Bellevue is considered one of the higher pricing cities in WA.

This data is a macro look at median sales price of all property types within those four cities limits. As you know our area is very neighborhood centric and price varies dramatically. Medina for example is one of the highest priced zip codes in the country!
