Springfield, OH 1% Deals
Hey all! My husband and I are investors and I am an agent in Springfield, OH. Springfield is one of the few places right now that you can still find 1% deals on market. Lately my investor clients have had a lot of success with this and I'm starting a weekly email sendout with what's on the market that fits the bill.
I just wanted to introduce myself and brag on my town - we are experiencing a lot of growth with new developments that are geared towards bringing in Columbus folks who want to live in a more affordable area. I think maybe we're headed towards a renaissance here. Springfield seems to keep popping up on booming market lists so I figured it was time I hop on here and try to connect with more folks. I just love talking RE and investing!

Isnt Springfield a super dangerous town though? I remember looking it up when i first moved to dayton. What neighborhoods are good there?
