Do anyone have any favorite cities / counties to invest in in Maryland? I'm curious to hear why.

@Brian Schroeder I like Baltimore city. The advantage of baltimore is it is really poorly run, a pain in the *** and full of risk. This drives out competition and let's those who really know and understand the market get higher returns.

As @Russell Brazil  mentions this doesn't make it right for someone else. I like the risk because I understand it and can manage it.

My belief is to invest in the market you know best. The people who know the market the best are the ones that get the best deals.
