I'm currently beginning my journey into real estate.  Right now I work a good full time job and would like to do wholesaling as part-time and then make it a full time carrier until I can buy my first physical rental property( buy and hold).

Is there and suggestion or ideas i should implement while learning and beginning wholesaling?  If anyone would like to work together on any projects I will gladly do my best to help.

@Riko Roberson welcome to the game!!

First, I second what @Kerry Noble Jr said above...learn, learn, learn and meet new people. Forums here on BP are great. Get connected with your local REIA's both online and in person. FB has a ton of groups as well.

Word of caution; be wary of anyone implying something is a free meal ticket. There are no such things.

There are definitely more and less effective ways to do things, but they all take some combination of time, money and effort. (As does anything worthwhile in life)

If you have some specific questions or want to dig into any particular area, hit me up and maybe we can jump on a call or something.
