MBA forecasted mortgage rate of Q4 2025 to be 4.6%

Mortgage Banker Assoc. predicted 30YFRM rate in Q4 25 to be 4.6% ; with 10% yield at 3.6%

I think this is making sense as in 2025 the spread btween yield and actual rate is narrowing.

I think to sell only in 2026 then LOL
