Great Lakes Markets
PURE SPECULATION WARNING lol! I'm a Boston, MA agent and have no hands on experience in the Great Lakes region so feel free to light me up if i'm off base with this! Ive been looking into it and apparently fresh water is trending downward almost everywhere else due to climate change. Prices are low in that region in comparison to most of the us. I think over the next decade as that conversation continues to be at the forefront. Migration to the great lakes will increase and cause a resurgence bringing them back to one of the stronger markets. Obviously there are plenty of other variables at play, but does anyone else think this has any merit?
