    We agree. We invest heavily in distressed debt and we are starting to see a lot of cracks. On the residential side we are seeing an uptick in inventory, but sellers have yet to adjust their pricing and still think it’s 2021-2022

    On commercial side we are seeing small banks wanting to move their loans with maturity dates in the near future even if performing.

    Lastly what's not being talked about enough is the liquidity, we had someone come to us whose loan just matured, the loan was 30% ltv and DSCR is over 3 and they cannot get financing because too many leases expire this year.
