selling 3 rooms of carpets/ flooring for the price of 1.... anyone have experience with them?

I got a quote once, they arent a bargain. The deal the offer is if you install next day. You MUST install next day of their pitch.

Very few carpet selections. They get you with install and pad costs, those aren't discounted and actually jacked up.

Find a nice, small carpet place. Let them know you are an investor, you will find better deals there.

The only experience I had with them was about four years ago on my personal residence. I heard a great deal on t.v. But the next day they wanted about ten dollars a square foot! for hardwood floors....

Get carpet from them 2 years ago, same deal, prices are really high, for their quality of carpet, they measured way too much carpet, end up costing more than Home Depoe, for the same quality.
