Has anyone used Hurst Lending in Texas?

Working through some refinances with Hurst Lending and wanted to see if anyone else in Texas (especially in the Dallas area) has used them or is familiar with them.

They have also told me they offer a 7.99% LOC on investment property at 65% LTV. Has anyone used this?
