Ed Franklin total FRAUD

Adam Anderson

Ed Franklin with Manchester Capital LLC will ask for money up front for an "appraisal and administrative service fee" and offer you a very promising, yet too good to be true interest rate and will turn around and give you nothing but stall tactics and pretend like he has health problems and turn down your deal but try to keep the money saying your deal did not "qualify."

If deals do not qualify typically a private lender will tell you to simply cough up more money to make the loan to value ratio work for them but Ed does not work that way. He is a total fraud. He quickly refunded my $1600 after I told him I was going to report him to the dDistrict Attorney's office and SEC but I am still out $3,000 of earnest money I had put down on a property because they could not hold it any longer.

He's used SEVERAL LLCs in (Manchester Capital LLC) recent years to cover his tracks but you cannot lie about your name when you send a wire to someone, they have to use their real name in order to receive the money. Do not do business within at Franklin. Con artist. Google Ed Franklin Capital and do your due diligence and stay away from this conman. Several complaints online by victims with very similar stories.
